I’m ordering outside of the United Kingdom; how long will my order take to reach me?Depending on your location, it may take a little longer for your order to get to you. How do I return my item for an exchange/refund?You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange/refund. Simply send us a message requesting an exchange/refund, we'll then send you the returns addres. All you need to do is complete the returns form at the bottom of your invoice and place the item in the original packaging along with the item(s) you wish to return. We strongly recommend you get proof of postage (it's free at the Post Office and return centres). Check out the terms & conditions page for more information on our returns policy.

How do I opt out of marketing communication?You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time. What exercises can I do with my PowerHog Backpack?Loads! Lat raises, bicep curls, extensions and kettle bell exercises to name a few. Check out our tutorials for tips and videos.

What liquids can I put in my water bladder?We recommend you only fill the bladder with water. If you use a flavored liquid, it’s possible the flavor will permeate the plastic of the bladder.

How do I clean my water bladder?We recommend rinsing the inside and nozzle with lukewarm water.

Can I purchase spare parts?No, we are not yet selling parts separately.

Can my item be repaired?Most of our items come with a 12-month warranty. If your item is in warranty, it will be repaired free of charge, (however you may have to cover postage costs to return the item). Simply visit the contact us page and drop us a message. If your item is no longer in warranty, please contact us to see how we can be of assistance.

Can I fly with my PowerHog Backpack?Yes. We have taken the backpack on multiple flights across Europe and Africa without any issues however, always check with your airline before flying. Tips: - Make sure your water bladder is empty when travelling; all airlines have liquid restrictions. - If you are taking your backpack on a flight as hand luggage, if possible, we suggest you remove the bladder from your backpack and place it in cabin luggage.

Is my bag waterproof?No, we do not have a waterproof model. We suggest purchasing a bag cover if you’re likely to get caught in the rain.

Is my backpack machine washable?PowerHog backpacks are not machine washable. If you need to clean your bag, we recommend wiping over with a damp cloth.

Will you be adding other backpack models?Yes, we are in the process of manufacturing other models.
